Stacy Strait’s vacation to Keystone this summer began a bit bittersweet. She and her husband left Iowa with her aunt and mother in tow, both recently widowed. The women had been to Keystone as children but had never been back out to visit.
Right before the family was set to board the 1880 Train, Stacy used the restroom on Swanzey Street. She recalled it was quite crowded and that someone mentioned there were no paper towels. She didn’t think twice about putting on hand sanitizer, but she did so in the bathroom stall, a move she instantly regretted.
