Sprockets wins award

Sprockets Fun Foundry, located in Keystone, won the “2022 Best of Show” honor from international magazine “Signs of the Times.” 

 

Sprocket the robot was voted the winning entry of 147 worldwide submissions.  

 

Sprocket’s 24-ft.-tall sculpture and sign were designed by Imagination Corp., Dan Sawatzky and Rapid City’s Ross Johnson. 

 

The giant structure was constructed in about two months and includes a steel staircase visitors may climb for photo opportunities.
